Account deletion is the most drastic step a Mod can take. I think you need to show a consistent pattern of flagrant violations of TOS to support that action.
It would be beneficial to everyone to see a list of conduct explicitly written out in the TOS that would potentially subject a memer to account deletion. Stuff like repeated threats of violence/hate crimes, sexually harassing minors, etc. (just two totally randomly-generated examples)
This all seems rather uncharacteristic of Roddy, who has 127 followers and generally contributes great content and helps build the ImgFlip community.
In this situation, a reprimand is warranted and, max, an account suspension (if that feature on ImgFlip existed).
But deleting the whole account of a memer with 100+ followers simply for taking advantage of someone who compromised their own account by giving out their password -- as it is claimed, and you admit you don't have evidence to dispute that -- doesn't seem like fitting punishment.
