Judging from your meme, obviously you do not. The made-up illness "covid-19" has no specific clinical symptoms and has not met Koch's Postulates for proving that the (non-isolated) sars-cov-2 virus causes the mythical disease in question. People are said to be "covid-19" positive (aka infected) based on either an antibody test (which proves nothing), or a PCR test (which can only say you have some contaminated genetic fragments in your sample, proving nothing), or by a doctor's visual determination (laughable with such generic flu-like symptoms). It's not even accurate to say they give false positives, because they can't detect the virus in the first place. The numbers are meaningless. In other words, not a single proven case of covid-19.
Being "infected" just means you have some viral particles in your system. Meaningless unless you can know the viral load. You can and do have several viruses in your system at all times, it poses no danger to yourself or others, despite being technically "infected". If in the rare case your immune system gets overloaded/weakened, and a flu or cold virus multiplies into the millions, you can get some flu symptoms which will last a few days then you will fully recover. In other words, how it has always been before the plandemic.
Now are you going to refute this as being the wrong meanings, or just mumble some cop out excuse like a good partisan sheeple and continue to pretend you understand the subject?
