Really? Well, since you asked. 



No. He's a Republican. He was the Secretary of State for Kansas. And he was known for a spectacularly racist voter registration law and for spending a ton of Kansas's money on a voter fraud investigation. 



Which revealed that 11 people had voted incorrectly since 1999.  Not like millions of Mexican immigrants flooded the border and voted but that 11 people since 1999 had voted in the wrong precinct.

Sounds like he doesn't know how to investigate. We have videos recorded on phones of hundreds of people voting multiple times at different polling places, Van's full of illegal voters being dropped off to vote. Heck in some states it's legal for illegal immigrants to vote which is illegal federally.
