Covid cases surge across Red States

Fine, until they get covid or they bring it home to their family. Look, there's cousin Billy Bob - he's the one that infected and killed Grandma.

No now we have to capitalize on a pandemic to control the people’s’ lives.

Florida isn’t really a red state.

Republican governor Ron DeSantis is to blame for the skyrocketing surge in cases in Florida.

Is he really? Did he really give everyone in Florida the coronavirus? If there’s a surge of disease in a state we blame the governor? Makes sense.

He opened up way too early, hasn’t issued a statewide rule on face masks, instructed the health departments to under report covid deaths (if you are a snowbird and die in FL, you aren't counted)

So masks have been proven to help now?

If you ask a snowflake, the answer is yes, and it's "science" so you can't question it, or your a mouth breathing, science denying, deplorable Trump supporter.

I find that odd, because science is all about questioning the status quo, in a never ending search for knowledge and the truth. But you'd never know that if you listen to the scientific *experts* on the left.

Yeah. I also find it ironic that the WHO stated that masks should not be worn be healthy people. (No, I don’t make a habit out of using WHO guidelines haha.)

Oddly, here in Taxifornia we've done all the things you say DeSantis didn't do, and our case numbers are going up as well.

Perhaps an increase in testing has led to an increase in reported cases... is that something you would consider as at least a contributing factor?

Also, as HarryKuntz points out, maybe people are just fed up with living inside and staying at home, and want to live their lives, and get our economy roaring again, as only Trump can do!

If those people (me, among them) avoid others in high risk groups, wear the damn mask, wash our hands frequently, and don't touch our face, we should be fine, and greatly mitigate the chances of giving the virus to others.

Texas has reported more than 11,000 new cases in the previous two days alone.
Thank goodness this is just a hoax and only in blue states!

You should probably check your non-alternative facts Stanley, and see which states, red or blue, have suffered the most from the virus. Not that you have ever let facts (yes, plain and simple facts) ever get in the way of your ill-informed opinion.
