If it was me, and I was being accused of allegedly 'wild&crazy untrue things', I would simply say "Your nuts.", laugh it off, and block them, like most normal peeps. Another funny tic I noticed when she's really triggered: that weird Golden Girl's shtick she does, where she says "sweetie and darling", sounding like a bad impersonation of Dixie Carter from "Designing Women", hoping to use bad comedy to deflect and distract attention from her rage. Of course it backfires and she only succeeds in drawing attention to her bruised ego, since leaning too heavily on the sarcasm signifies weakness and insecurity. A dead giveaway that she's hurt and hoping that no one notices.

Her flirtatious plays at trans memers which quickly switch to full on attack if they don't recognize or accept the banter certifies the source of that deliberate 'confusion,' whishful thinking being such a persistent demon.
