It's a nature in ALL Humans to tend toward mob actions, whenever in large crowds... Incitement can work sometimes in some people, but then it can cascade over to others who are not as easily incited (again, this has nothing to do with race)... Remember, certain political entities HAVE, in the past, hired individuals who are then carefully placed, to initiate violent acts -- which, once in action, pulls other people (who've not been paid/hired) into joining-in.... It takes good self-control to avoid falling for mob mentality.
