Aside from the fact that your meme, jstauding, is just flat out wrong, it also implies that if someone is not a Trump supporter, they're smarter, and they'll wear a face mask. That's just pure gibberish. Many Democrats, liberals, and even snowflakes don't wear the face mask.
Also, there are many counties and sections of entire states that haven't had a single case, or death, from Covid-19. You can't force them to give up their liberty because places like NYC can't control the virus, right?
If the roles were reversed, and a small state, population-wise, was being ravaged by the virus, do you think for one instant, that the good LIBERALS in the city and state of NY would shut down their economy? Of course not, because they are hypocrites.
