1. "Is it civil and respectful to create an entire stream to attack other memers 1. behind their backs, and 2. where you control the narrative?"
Yes, as a matter of fact it is. Because
imgflip.com/m/Cringe_Hard is a political stream for calling out hateful attitudes, bigotry, and other things that are ruining the country. In my opinion -- and it's my opinion, so it's my call. The stream is also for more light-hearted topics. And I cringe at myself from time to time.
And you actually do the same thing, only involving screenshots to make the call-out even more obvious.

2. "Is it civil and respectful to post memes that contain porn, on a website filled with kids and adolescents?"
I disagree, and ImgFlip and many of its user-base also do not agree with your interpretation as the links I posted above show. Try to convince them otherwise. Don't whine at me.
3. "Is it civil and respectful to lie about what people say, and misrepresent their arguments?"
That's not what I do. You're proving yourself guilty of the very thing you accuse me of. When we debate, I typically ask you clarifying questions, and when you inevitably refuse to answer, I draw my own inferences.
4. "Is it civil and respectful to delete other people's comments because they're critical of you, and hide behind your "rules" to justify it, while simultaneously violating those "rules" yourself?"
More twisting and manipulation from a person who willfully misunderstands stream terms, and more generally just doesn't have a problem with TOS-violating harassment and spam.
I permit plenty of your commentary on my own streams, especially the ones that aren't generally frequented by children.
As I said to you several times before: Got a problem with me, take it elsewhere.
Just like now! So you're improving.
