Blue state governors have been the worst at petty controls on their populations, most of which are not science-based. Can't go in the ocean? Can't sit on dry sand at the beach? Two people to a boat? The deplorables in these states have had a gutfull, going broke without being allowed to work, and are simmering in their anger.
