In my personal opinion (takes off the mod hat) Kylie has been taking shots at other memers he doesn’t like with his Cringe Hard stream, which he got a ton of criticism for. I’ve told him to stop going after people as it violates TOS, which he still hasn’t heeded. In response, the KMS stream was created to parody Minogue which in my opinion yes, was a tongue in cheek troll. His reaction was to threaten legal action against Imgflip unless the stream was deleted. I would post the link to that argument, but Kylie deleted it. As KMS is a clear parody of Minogue, it would fall under fair use, meaning that there would be no basis to sue Imgflip. It’s been pretty much a rotation of this argument ever since. Lately I’ve noticed he’s been getting really chummy with the kids/teens, especially the stop toxic hate group. My belief, which I believe to be confirmed judging by this meme and the comments on here, is that he’s been trying to raise support among you guys as the adults aren’t buying it to try and get rid of users he doesn’t like or has had beef with.
