A signed affidavit that accuses Jeffrey Epstein, a known pedophile, and our dear President of raping and intimidating a 13-year-old?
That’s where the whole “without evidence” thing comes in. A signed affidavit meets the literal legal definition of evidence.
If this case had gone all the way to trial (and it didn’t — she withdrew the suit, citing death threats), then she and Trump and Epstein all would have testified under oath and their spoken testimony too would have been admissible evidence.
