The actual facts were this:
Flynn said something. The FBI illegally changed the transcript, then charged Flynn with lying. Flynn was told his family would be left alone if he pled guilty. So he did. Then he got better lawyers who subpoenaed the documents that proved the FBI changed his transcript. The judge decided to let Flynn off.
I'm just waiting for heads to roll at the FBI for these criminal actions
