Exactly. The government has the responsibility of the "providing for the public good". That means they should tell everyone how to avoid the virus and who is vulnerable. Then its up to us whether we want to quarantine ourselves or not. If they try to arrest you or fine you, fight it in court and force them to pay your legal fees, plus lost wages.

Pedophiles give up their freedom/rights when they violate others freedom/rights.
Pedophilia is a crime with a victim, a victim is a key component in any crime. Your rights can only be taken away if you have committed a crime.
