This isn't just property taxes. Almost all taxes trickle down to the bottom. Payroll tax, workman's comp (hidden tax), business tax, sales tax, etc...etc...

4/500...= Damn good record. That's a 99% success rate. Many bankrupt before just getting one business off the ground, so good for him.

Zuckerberg lost 16 billion in one day. Market forces are what they are. BeZos lost 16 billion in one month, 7 billion in one day . You're concerned that a billionaire lost a billion in a year? When Trump lost a billion it was during a downturn in the industry...but he got it back.

That was Atlantic city. A lot of places there went under during that timeframe. He literally lost one casino, but it was because he built another one that was more sucessful. (try reading) How does that compare with over 500 business successes and and over 10,000 employees working for him?

I don't defend his bullshit, but when you just come up with bullshit, I find it necessary to point it out. Try complaining about something real for once. Name some businessmen who have started over 500 companies and only had 4 fail. Go ahead.

Why do you say taxpayers bailed him out? What's that based on? And the other 500 businesses is entirely relevant. It shows a record of success that most business can't brag about. You're deliberately ignoring the overwhelming success while fixating on a few failures. I've worked for two companies that filed bankruptcy, and the owners are more financially sound today than ever. Bankruptcy doesn't mean the end for all; it's just a word to describe a financial situation that has to be navigated, and it happens to many good people through no fault of their own. This one casino you're talking about went under because Trump built an even bigger one that drew customers away from it. Not only that, but 4 other casinos owners had to close their doors as well. Trump had a net gain as a result. You call that a failure, but he came out on top. Everyone fails, but successful people keep going. You call people making a 99 on a test a failure? No. But a business man that has a 99% success rate is a failure to you. That's a pretty f**ked up way of looking at people.

Those who have no concept of how business or business law works are the ones leveling these ridiculous, unfounded charges.

It depends on the kind of bankruptcy, but in most cases the taxpayers don't pay anything unless the business caused the government to lose money. Most of times the people holding the credit of the business take the hit.

Nice deflection from the OPs point you did there...I'm guessing you have never owned property and know fukall about how the tax increases you and your side keep voting for are bleeding the working class dry.

As for property taxes Rich or poor doesn't matter,if you don't pay them the government will take your home away from you ill regardless if you own it outright after paying off a 30 year mortgage the taxes are due every 6 months it never stops and is collected on every piece of privately owned property in the USA.

So Just because somebody made better life decisions/worked harder than you built up their credit to a point where they can invest in a rental house doesn't mean they are rich or deserve to pay for what you voted for.

if your rent went up as a result of something you voted for you asked for it so you can pay for it just like the rest of us have to.

FYI bankruptcy doesn't absolve your obligation to the government for property taxes, judging by your comment/meme your ignorance on the subject is obvious.
