The obligation to host the speech is part of the law of being a platform or 'information provider'. It is rarely enforced, but the provider is not allowed to choose the content or censor content. If they do, then they don't get the protections of law when someone posts something illegal.

PoliticsTOO is not a platform - IT IS A GO***MN SUBSTREAM THAT ANYONE IS ALLOWED TO MAKE and they are allowed to moderate their own content!
