Exactly the reverse, as Trump is executive branch, which is what's entitled under US law to apply the anticorruption stipulations in the enactment. Not the legislative: the executive.

BIDEN committed the crime. Trump ran specifically to fight this kind of personal/familial graft, emolument, and corruption. That's why he doesn't take a salary, he donates it to charity instead.

Shokin was no worse than the rest of the system over there, but he recognized corporate exploitation by the US, was going to press normal corruption charges.

It’s real simple: If you’re the President and think someone should be investigated? You go through your own FBI. You don’t create new diplomatic back-channels using your own personal, unappointed lawyers.

Again: The new Ukrainian prosecutor said he would be happy to cooperate with any investigation launched in America. That never happened: Never has, never will, because as a matter of fact, Hunter Biden is not corrupt, and negotiating to remove the former corrupt prosecutor of Ukraine is not a crime.

Trump’s Impeachment presented yet another chance for Republicans to try to prove whatever case they had against the Bidens, but the GOP Senate called no witnesses, not even the Bidens themselves. See meme.
