All the snowflakes out there need to keep in mind that this lying hit piece was released *after* ABC news was caught on camera, stating definitively, that they make up negative stories about Trump.

UN-freakin-beleivable how stupid they think the snowflakes are!

You are correct. I simply cannot make heads or tails of this meme or any of the comments here.

It’s not the fact there are too many words.

It’s the fact you all need to do a better job translating this out of The_Fake_News_Store conspiracist insider jargon.

Please be sympathetic toward those of us are not as far down the rabbit hole as you.

Please very simply and straightforwardly state what the hell this is about, how it proves we are all once again being lied to, and if you can, how this all fits into some sort of nefarious media agenda

Bonus points: Where the hell do folks like you go for reliable unbiased news

KF, you have now had two 'Biden moments' in two days!

I am starting to feel sympathy for you KF, just as I am starting to feel sympathy for Biden. I respect my elders, even when they're getting on into their later years and start losing their mental faculties, which are after all, perishable.

I always assumed (I know, dangerous to do...) that the 89 in KylieFan_89 was your year of birth, making you to be a bit over 30. But clearly, you are much, much older (probably closer to Biden's age) if you can't follow the simple concept of the meme.

Details? While a typical snowflake is blinded by multiple words, I really thought an intelligent snowflake, which I do (well, did...) consider you to be, could handle that. Now that I know how old you are, probably not.

Allow me to explain it... in simpleton form, for you, as requested.

The meme shows two news reports. Ahhh, yes!

The news report on the left (let's call it report #1) falsely claims there was an intelligence report issued back in November, regarding the potential pandemic, and Trump ignored the report.

The news report on the right (let's call it report #2) refutes story #1, by reporting that the director of the agency that supposedly issued the intelligence report, previously referenced in report #1, has released a statement that there is no such intelligence report, as falsely claimed in story #1.

I hope that didn't stress your brain cells out, too much!

As a kicker, I subsequently mentioned in a post (not that I expect you, or anyone else to read everything I post in this thread) that ABC News, the source for report #1, has been caught on camera, admitting that they make up negative info about Trump, and report those made up facts as news.

Now I'm all a tingle, cuz I'm going after those bonus points! The issue isn't where I go for reliable unbiased news, the issue is snowflakes like you not being able to recognize when your trusted, yet unreliable, biased news organizations are lying to you, as they do on a regular basis.

In this case, we have a "reputable news organization" (and yes, those quotes are actually "air quotes") in the form of ABC News, that has been caught admitting they lie and make up negative stories about Trump, AND we have a demonstrated example of said behavior.

So, where do YOU, a paid shill for the DIMocrat party, go to get your reliable unbiased news?

media bias chart | image tagged in media bias chart | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
I generally go to the sources down the middle of this chart that is apparently too small for you to read. Though I linked a bigger version for you last night when you asked. Here it is again: https://www.adfontesmedia.com/?v=402f03a963ba

Off the top of my head: Politico, the New York Times, Business Insider, Bloomberg, The Washington Post, The Hill, Forbes, the Wall Street Journal.

And I actually do favor right-of-center sources since they're harder for those of you who think all liberal media is biased to immediately dismiss.

I also go as far left as MSNBC and as far right as FOX News for competing perspectives. I don't stray much to the left or right or those, since then you're really getting into the fringes.

Mainstream media isn't infallible, but it's better than the fringe alternatives and they're not systematically motivated to lie. Certainly not more than the explicitly partisan sources are.

Now, returning to the story at hand:

We have two accounts that contradict each other. We can only conclude the ABC story is only a "lie" if you take what the NCMI Director says at face value and accept it as true. That's a he-said, she-said situation. So yes, weighing the credibility of ABC vs. the Director is exactly what we should be doing.

Now, if the ABC story is true (big if true!), then this would be one of the biggest cover-ups of the decade, if not human history. So, the NCMI Director has his own motives to lie in denying it.

Because this could be a bombshell, I suspect other sources will be following up on this same story in the future. I will await more information and verification before I make a judgment call one way or the other.

Okay, so I read both the stories and compared them, and...

Well, the narrative of the anonymous sources cited in the ABC story collapses if we take the NCMI Director’s comment about the non-existence of the November report at face value

...well?

Should we?

Is this what a true skeptic would do?

My spidey senses tell me we haven’t seen the last of this story

Let me answer that question by asking another question; when Clapper or Brennan make up lies about Trump that you believe, should I believe it?

In that context, my answer to your question should be no. The difference is Clapper and Brennan have a history of making up lies about Trump, while Director Day has no such history. At least not that I'm aware of.

Well, see this is a perfect example of what I was saying about learning others on subjects. This info is big news considering how many people have cited it as fact. The part that shits me is that the NCMI directors story is never bought out into the open and so the lie continues and the ABC news will never announce that they lied.

And now an invite, I have been for a few weeks inviting people who make Fake News Memes to Join a new stream I created which is to be used as a repository for memes just like this one. Primarily the meme content in their is based upon any meme highlighting news stories which are proven fake or are contradicted with the actual truth later as well as anything which shows fake news hypocrisy. Reposting is to be expected, so you can put any meme in their as well as any main stream such as this. Also temporarily it is unlimited uploads so if you have dozens they can all get up there.

The Stream is called The_Fake_News_Store and if your interested to join the strem and also to become a moderator let me know and I will push the buttons to make it happen. At present there is 3 Mods and the load of new memes is not high. I started it so anyone can put anything even old ones you made from when you started into it because it's like a permanent record. Anyways let me know if you have interest for modding but join the stream otherwise please.

That is the SOP with the media. They sensationalize the lie, and the correction, if even made, becomes a footnote.

CBS after getting caught over the weekend with this fakery - ran it again yesterday.....wtf CBS???!!!

It's so bad but made worse by trads just believing everything they put out.

Time for an invite to you too hahaha.

The Stream is called The_Fake_News_Store and if your interested to join the stream. You can upload memes just like your one above into it. I wont repeat everything I wrote to Elvi because you will already know. Anyone can join and also if you're interested in being a mod on there let me know as that will make 5.
Thanks Ross

Sounds good man. I'll dig through my old stuff, though I don't believe I have much. But definitely a good outlet and a catalog!

Ok Thanks. Yes no stress to add to it, other than your last one. I f and when yoiu find them.
It's all part of the catalog.

So I posted it in The_Fake_News_Store, but I don't see it yet. It's been a couple of hours... should it take that long?

You may be pleased to know that based on a previous post of yours, I am already following that stream. Excellent stream, btw. Thanks, but I don't think I could be a moderator, due to time constraints. If the offer remains open, I will see if I can find some time.

I'll go ahead and post this meme there when I get a chance. Can't do it now, because it's lunch time here, and they're giving us pizza. Yes, Fat_Elvis, shockingly, admits that pizza is more important than posting a meme on imgflip.
0 ups, 5y
Hahaha, pizza can be more important.

Thanks for already being on there, well I will send the offer through for the mod. It's not something you need to focus on every moment because most material is for the history books so to speak. But the problem is when one of us who are a mod hasn't been on then we get delays as happened to your post. So yes dont treat it as too demanding just check when you remember. Amongst us we can get things approved and as there's no limit on number of mods possible another trusted pair of eyes on content cant hurt. If your alright with that then please accept and I have featured your post just before writing this.

She's a great example of what a snowflake looks like (including the un-PC snowflake defined cultural appropriation) and probably how they think. In other words, great meme material!

A true snowflake must have a touch of hypocrisy of full display and at all times.
On the other hand, How dare you assumed it's gender!?

Very valid point, and well taken! I am feeling properly shamed for my insensitivity.

The problem I would have, is identifying which of the other 57 genders he/she/it/they might be. Dayum, it gets confusing!
