I think it would take someone like the person portrayed in the OP's meme, to be dumb enough to think that attacking Trump like this would work in 2020, when it utterly failed in 2016.
Only ignorant snowflakes don't learn from past mistakes. Probably too busy lining up their next safe space to pay attention to what is actually going on.
