Nope... perfectly solid ground with my statement. Prayer is freedom of speech. Doesn't take a law to put it there. Takes and anti-Constitutional law to prohibit it of course. If a teacher wanted to lead a prayer with her students, it would not be a violation of the Constitution. They used to have it organized by the schools, back when most people had the good sense to be Christian or understood it to be inoffensive, even if it wasn't for them. Required no law at all for the schools to do it on their own.
But then the whiners and complainers imagined that the Constitution prohibited it... and it clearly doesn't... but as I said, flash forward to 2020 and I don't want some liberal nutcase praying some ecumenical nonsense with my Christian child.
So, legally each child can pray when and where they want to, including school... so there is nothing stopping them from praying in school now.. Just not in a group, unless it's a voluntary opt in type thing -- which is allowed.
But the assault on faith by the liberals is just ludicrous... kids cannot wear a Christian T-Shirt to school for example. Wrong wrong wrong and unconstitutional. But the bullies in the ACLU have deeper pocketbooks and schools don't want their BS hassle and cave in, even though it's patently not illegal.
So there.. read, absorb, and be educated. You needed it.
