Why the hell do these spam advertisements exist and why is no one even caring?

We've had spam blocking software in place for a long time, but it doesn't catch everything. You would see a lot more spam if we didn't have any checks in place.

We also just deployed a spam checking upgrade a few days ago, so you should hopefully see fewer spam comments than previously.

Let's say, wherever you go on the internet, spammers will haunt you. All social media and communities are being targeted. The fact is, they make up any trick to bypass security systems blocking them out, and all you can do is notify the staff of the social medium/community so they can delete all the crap.

Although most countries have put a legal ban on spam (also because most of the services offered in spam are illegal anyway), but they mostly operate from other countries not caring about what the spammers in their country do to websites hosted outside their borders, and due to that, spammers will always rule da world....

Better get used to it, and notify the staff whenever you see spam.

(When I was a moderator on Game Jolt, I had to deal with so much spam I developed the Spam Programming Language: https://gamejolt.com/games/Spam/371758 to vent my frustration).

I’ve actually seen enough of this crap. Why are they telling us to go to Wikitrender.com even though they’re just spamming for no reason?
