The point of the meme is still 100% valid. So, what's the point in making this point? Nobody denies racism is still a problem. Well, nobody with eyes that open, or who isn't a racist.

Denying racism exists: a tool used by bigoted white supremacists to demean and undermine social progress and revelation.

Two things can be true, when they're not mutually exclusive.

Idiots can play the race card for the exact reasons stated in the OP's meme, and there is still racism in this country, and the rest of the world. The US has not cornered the market on racism.
