Just because a team was created - does not mean it should exist forever and ever. Government teams are assembled and disbanded all the time.

It wasn't the 'ebola' team. It was the pandemic response team. Do you really think ebola was the only virus they were capable of handling?

Ok so if Trump wasn't so hell on bent on undoing everything Obama, wouldn't you agree that if the Pandemic Team wasn't disbanded the United States would have had a jump on the Coronavirus outbreak? Basically there are actions for every consequence and if Trump would have left the Pandemic Team in play or....at least put together one of his own rather than not have one, the United States would definitely be in a better position to deal with this

They'd have had a lot more insight than Trump.

But not more insight than the team assembled to handle the current crisis.

Nobody exists for all eternity. It's a given that changes will be made occasionally. But the team should continue to exist and not be just disbanded at a president's whim.

The creation and dissolution of teams like this is ONLY done at the presidents whim. This is ENTIRELY within the powers given the executive branch, and the President.
