I liked it, 7.ups, and found it to be quite true! I would only add under Diversity (to be fair and not hurt anybody's feelings):
Transsexual
Bisexual
Lesbian
Asexual
Pansexual (REALLY diverse!)
Heterosexual (This describes most of us but is not NEARLY diverse enough for liberals!) You were wise not to add it! It kind of falls in with white people who also are definitely NOT diverse. Again, good for you for not going there as that would naturally have led smack into 'White Privilege'. And we all know that veers straight into 'Racism' (ALWAYS first thought in a liberal's mind) and something you REALLY DON'T want to be accused of even if it isn't true (as is the case most every time). In short, great meme, 7.ups!
