I sprained my elbow two years ago because apparently lifting a heavy log with one arm is not necessarily a good thing.
Anyways, I did a number on said arm somehow round 3 weeks ago. Started feeling funny, but I kept doing my digging in the woods. Then it got worse over the days. Kept digging. Then it started hurting. No more digging
Recent days I resumed but with a trowel instead of a shovel and one hand and that ain't as easy when digging through filled dirt loaded with rocks and concrete chunks n shit.
