Poverty, social isolation and despair, the war on drugs, plus 393+ million privately owned firearms in this country, translates into a lot of homicides and suicides
It’s not just guns. But if we’re serious about this then we should tackle all of the above including guns
Now: To have a city of 9+ million (Tokyo), heck a country of 125+ million (Japan), that has virtually no gun deaths is remarkable — I wonder how they achieved it?
Maybe we should study what the heck they did
