Don't get me wrong. I'm sure they don't want it for the same reasons that Germany wanted a Napoleon... They wanted strategy, and tact. Something I do not think Americans seem to relish much in this current century. Americans want power. Strength. That's why some people voted for Trump. That's why they couldn't stand voting for a woman. They just do not see any woman projecting that image. And I do not mean all Trump Supporters in this regard.
I'm sure there are some who believe him to be a genius. And I'm certain there are some Americans who want a Hitler to be President but not because he would be a good person or contribute good things. I'm sure there are Americans who want to hate the President of the Untied States. Who want a Hitler President, to be the bad guy.
In the last 30 years, it seems like every candidate at some point was compared to him. It may have started as a joke but with each President, it's gotten stronger and the comparisons more undeniable. America is poised to have the next centuries most popular dictator. Who wants to be a Millionaire? More like, Who wants to be the next Hitler? the next Napoleon? the next Attila the Hun? the next Alexander the Great? Someone is going to get that infamy. Someone out there probably even wants it. They may not even be American. Hopefully it won't be three or four someones up for that title like it was last time.
Americans desire a villain to blame all their troubles. A simple solution to all their problems.
There is no such thing.
If you want to become better, better yourselves. Find something that makes you happy. Find something that you want to fix in yourself and focus on that. Stop looking for a Hitler. a Christ. Or an Anti-Christ.
They'll come in their own time.
