Yeah except the whole free healthcare, weapons confiscation, wealth confiscation, harnessing industry to serve the state, controlling the media and state supported vacations...
What system is for me, if my idea of freedom is my employer picking my insurance company, my insurance company making money by refusing me services and still not be able to afford my meds or services I need?
Your free to work where you wish and contract with any insurance carrier you wish. you can negotiate a raise, become a contractor and decline employer based services. If one insurer does not provide the service you require you are free to switch to one that does or contract on your own for the service you require. That freedom of choice would be illegal under Bernie's collectivized system.

It's like the People's Republic of China.
It's an intentional misnomer.
Problem is the Nazis offered state supported healthcare, liberal state payed and subsidized vacation benefits for the German workers and free education to the those in the top of their class. the Nazi party basically was a union and a political party. they also harnessed and directed the German economy to serve the Nazi state...….when they weren't killing Jews and invading other countries.
Every developed country on the planet offers socialized healthcare instead of medical bankruptcy. They pay less and get more. They aren't nazis you nitwit.
And every developed nation on the planet has their hands in their pockets waiting for the US to develop the vaccine that will save their butts because we actually have a pharmaceutical industry because of capitalism and because the government is not allowed to fix pricing. Do you want to bet your life on the Royal healthcare service coming up with a cure?
trump tried to pay a billion to buy it from the germans.
In any case, you fail at logic - we have to go medically bankrupt here and pay more out of pocket, because why? to help other countries?
no thanks.
The bloated healthcare insurance industry doesn't help. It makes money by denying services and taking premiums. That's at odds with what every other country does with healthcare which is provide it to its citizens affordably.
