Should never even had to testify, seeing what a hoax the Mueller investigation was.

Now Comey leaking and starting it, then also perjuring himself, should get the same, if Stone does. But being the utter shill you are, the hypocrisy won't trouble you.

It wasn't a hoax.

Based off a false and salacious dossier that had zero credibility.

It was based on a lot more than that.

G F Y. You know nothing about this man other than he worked for and was associated with Trump.
If you had your way, Trumps parents, if still alive, would be locked up for whatever "Trump"ed up charges you could conjer.

You're a shill of the highest order. You'd want Trump's regular pizza guy locked up for life.

Only if he's Papa John.

Alot of people much smarter have decided what he did was illegal. You don't matter, your feels don't matter, what matters is he was found guilty by a jury of his piers anrd senteced.
1 up, 4y
And when Trump pardons him that won't be illegal.

No one is debating whether or not he was convicted of a crime. This is a red herring. People are saying the application of the standard used to convict Stone is not being applied to others who committed the same crime.

Well he just pardoned a bunch of white collar criminals soooooo.

Another Red Herring...we are talking about the application of a criminal standard, not what happens after a person is convicted. But I understand your confusion, you were simply painted into a corner from a weak argument you made initially, and you needed a way out.

Also, pretty sure he pardoned other people...including minority women on drug convictions. Any reason you chose to ignore that?

I donn't think you know what a red herring is.

LOL...you saying that is a red herring....a red herring is an irrelevant argument inserted in an argument meant to draw attention away from the initial issue.

Let me hold your hand and walk you through it

Original Issue: The unequal upholding of a criminal standard. In this case lying to Congress.

Your Red Herring: Trump issuing pardons.

Do you get it now, Skippy?

He was convicted on several counts. Lying to Congress was just one of his crimes.

Thanks for clearing that up. So you have confirmed lying to congress is a crime, and Stone was convicted of it. Clearly, there is unequal application of the standard.

I don't know what you think you know about the justice system, but each crime comes with its own sentence.
2 ups, 4y,

Not necessarily. A judge can impose one singular sentence for multiple convictions. Stone also was fined $25,000, and will serve 24 months probation and 250 hours community service.
1 up, 4y
It's called "serving the sentences concurrently".

So again, you have only worked to prove there that Stone is being prosecuted for a crime that others are allowed to commit without fear of prosecution

The whole trump admin. has bin a red herring. He's a piece of shit. I don't recall obama calling people names and mocking their apperances
2 ups, 4y
I don't recall Trump using the IRS against his political opponents or selling weapons to the Mexican drug cartels.

Two can play that game.

You really in your own little world, deciding I'm losing my mind are you. I'm not angry, not by a long shot, I just think it's a sad funny how you folks excuse trumps behavior as anything remotely close to being human.
2 ups, 4y
You just melted down. You went from calm, not rational, but calm. To just throwing shit out in a melt down. From "people smarter than me have decided it was a crime" to "You dont know what a red herring is"..to "Trump admin is a red herring. He is a piece of shit"

Not a logical, calm progression there, dear.

Yep. The naysayers are just being partisan.
1 up, 4y
Oh, the irony!

Should Comey be tried for perjury?
3 ups, 4y,

Nothing, like McCabe who got no punishment for the same crime.

"Look over there!" Is not a justification.
1 up, 4y
It indicates a pattern. One you refuse to see. Brennan and Comey were also powerful government agents unlike Stone.
