"So you want more of the same?"
No, stability is not wanting more of the same.
"You want to keep our clearly corrupt politicians in power?"
You do realize that Donald Trump and the people he's put in power are corrupt, right?
"You want the country to continue its downward spiral into debt hell?"
No, and cutting medicaid, medicare, and social security isn't going to fix it. Actually taxing the rich is. Sorry, but that's where we are at. If we don't do it, our country won't exist in a few decades if not less.
"There's nothing conservative about allowing our rights to slowly slip away."
I agree. So it just seems counterproductive to support the current Republican regime that continues to advocate the taking of those rights away.
Um, Russia isn't our ally right now. In fact, they've pushed harder on globalization in the last 15 years so I'm not too keen on them retaking Soviet countries while they continue to interfere in the elections of their adversaries. It's a serious problem and ignoring it is dumb.
I am against continuing war in the middle east and paying off countries. And I mean all of them. Not just all of them but Israel. I'm not against nationalism on the idea of putting America First, but even though that is Trump's stated policy, it's not. Instead, it's taking advantage of the fact that Democrat foreign policy has been superior in the last 30 years to Republican foreign policy. Turning it political by seeking out allies in unlikely countries that usually get the rough shoulder from our "good" foreign policy attempts. Forgetting about the fact that it's all ready been tried, and failed, multiple times, to ally with North Korea, Russia, Israel, and China. Letting them get away with it while holding our other allies to a higher standard is dumb foreign policy.
