However, the gov't must be small and not a burden and nowhere in the Constitution does it say free healthcare, free subsidy anything. Social Security is a mess because they spent the money, they give drug addicts Disability, and the list goes on. That said: if I ever had that much money, or even a fraction of that amount, I would not be wasting my time and effort trying to minimize my tax burden. I’d just pay it in gratitude to a country that was good to me
