I think the mentality is problematic. And I'm with you, don't judge me because of my family size, don't ask the childless couple "when are you having a baby?" Maybe they can't, don't ask the mother with one "are you going to try for a boy/girl next?" Don't ask the mother with 3 "you're done right" don't tell the mother with 10 "how irresponsible, close your legs already!"

Remember the dude pictured above who sued his parents because he did not give his consent to be born and have to face the fact that the world (or more accurately the people in it can be sometimes cruel?) Yea he and other"philosophers" have come to the conclusion that people just make the world a worse place and to end suffering we just need to make humanity extinct. Nothing too extreme right? Lol. Actually you see it creeping into society in many ways "my body my choice" make everyone use contraception and if that don't work kill the baby, China where having 3 or more children is a felony, perfectly able couples with the means preferring to go childless because they have their 4 footed, furry children and they don't want the burden of raising a human. Every family has different needs, some can't have children because of health reasons, but to refuse to have children because they only bring death and suffering upon the earth? How sad is that?

I think whoever came up with the Anti-Natalist notion is selfish. They hate life and resent seeing people who enjoy it. This sort of nihilistic view is actually the foundation of some historic religious doctrines.

Gnostic aspects or 12th century cathar Gnostics would be one of those groups, this reality of matter has evil and malice and God is good and pure. So this reality must be of the Devils/archons creation were stuck in. The choice not breed or elts trap a soul/mind to this state.

Yes, that is right :) Also the Thugee religious traditions (as deplorable as they reportedly were through the 17th-18th century). For the Thugees, life was perceived to be an abjectly horrible state, and Kali therefore "good" as She is the goddess of destruction of the physical world. They felt the rejection of procreation was sacred - though, of course, they believed robbery and murder committed in Kali's name was likewise sacred.

I guess this is about not having children, because... The world is so cruel and rotten that by the moment you give life to somebody you condemn them to the horrible fate of having to experience a horrible world.... So this idea is not really based on being with too many people being bad for the world, it's rather that life isn't as beautiful as you want it to be and that you would be better of if you never lived but as your parents made the decision for you that you should be born, putting you on this cruel world would be an act of evil...

Now I am not saying I agree with this "philosophy", I'm just explaining the idea behind it. If my parents decided not to have children they would also have decided for me that I should never have existed, and since I didn't yet exist when the decision was made I could not defend myself against that idea. So no matter how you explain this stuff, you'll always end up on the side of evil.

When it comes to the planet, I think there are a few other things that come to mind. Yes we are with too many humans on this planet, however, by stopping to have children altogether you can also be a killer on the planet, economy and many other things, so here too you are always on the side of evil. Also remember breeding is an instinct and we got that instinct for a reason. Also remember that back in the old days it was not uncommon that in a 7 children family at least 4 or 5 died before reaching adulthood. Now that our medical system is better that is no longer the case, but evolution is always behind on us, so our instincts still drive us in old ways. That and the fact that in some countries there is no elderly care, forcing you to have many children so you are being taken care of when you are old, as long as that issue isn't solved, we also have quite the problem. And the 1-child policy in China (only 1 kid allowed per couple) is gonna get them a very high-priced bill someday, I tell ya.

So many children isn't good. No children at all isn't good. Moderation is key. And when it comes to antinalism as a philosophy, that is just as evil as breeding if you really go into that...

Most people shouldn't breed. They should be sterilized. Possibly culled too, tho it would be hard for me to pull that switch.

Naah, found them.
Others have altered many for Deviantart - one group of those were the 1st ones I found and uploaded.
There's some I use that are screenshots from YouTube videos of G-Man clips. Been meaning to upload some, but there's a bunch and they're kinda similar so picking which to use will take time because I'm nitpicky.

I have no tech skills to make or alter images.

Someone on this site made 3 G-Man png heads to use as added images, those can be found under the name "g man stickers"

There's a couple I have to retitle to that. And I accidentally uploaded the one you used there, because it's too small.
There's a whole bunch of these, but you have to buy the higher res ones. I've considered it, but $3 each, it adds up. I screenshotted some off one site, and trimmed them for here, but you can see the resolution is lacking. I was planning to buy them from there, eventually I shall,,

Children are indeed a blessing. Every baby is a gift from God. I have seen however uber Christians taking this verse out of context where they feel it is their obligation to pop out as many babies as possible even to the detriment of the woman's health or the familys needs. I've had ladies at my church tell me it is sinful to want to have a baby right after another, to just trust God and see what happens that abstaining from sex is the same as using birth control and to be avoided at all costs unless you're practically dying then you're excused. Hey if they're able to pop out 10-12 blessings and have the wherewithal and means top provide emotionally and materially for a family that size go for it. But don't make that the standard, like you're more likely to get to heaven because you have a slew of kids you gave birth too. That's the opposite extreme of antinatalism. Like others have said here, moderation and also understanding each family has needs not everyone can see.

Yes, but my point was “mankind” doesn’t have the answers-only God does. So when I saw this meme and the phrase “anti-natalists”, I wanted to represent what God says about children. My husband was the oldest of his siblings and was expected to give up his childhood to be a babysitter and I don’t agree with that either. That and that none of his sibs or himself got medical or dental care. There is definitely a balance, but anti-natalism is not the answer:)
