I am not a Democrat either. Nor do I strictly vote for them. I think anyone who only votes for a single party is a partisan hack. In fact, that is the very definition of what it means to be one. I've shown you little to no hate-filled rants in my comments. I think, of the two of us, I've maintained my composure quite well. I've only insulted your notions, corrected your grammar, questioned your grammar for clarity, and all you've done is offer infantile responses. I'm merely suggesting that if Trump were a Democrat, the Republican Senate would've absolutely convicted him. I would think an adult would admit to their mistakes and move on, but it seems that today it's all about being a character than actually having character.

Other than Republicans are the only ones who do anything wrong, what is your argument? The whole point of the meme was to explain that in spite of how trials work on TV, the rule of law is simply that the prosecution has the burden of proof, not the jury, or the defendent, ie. the House of Representatives has the burden of proof, not the President or the Senate. For the Democrat House Managers- most being lawyers to accuse the Republicans in the Senate for covering up or obstructing the impeachment process by refusing to go outside the rule of law to provide more prosecution witnesses is against the law, or extralegal if you will.
The absurdity of prosecuting invented crimes with invented process and then accusing the defendant and the jury of not playing by the rules is unacceptable. If you were held to the same standard in a court of law you couldn't blame Republicans for you life sentence.
In partisan politics it really says something to cal everyone a partisan hack, unless they are a hack, like Schiff holding secret hearings where the opposition was censored regarding questioning, forbidden from producing defense witnesses, forbidding defense legal representation.
Carry on with your partisan commentary, looking only at the partisan viewpoints you hold dear. Ignore the point when I accurately say you described Bill Clinton to a tee. I assure you, not many on this site see much good in comments. Very few people rarely read them and even fewer upvote and I'm not just speaking on my own behalf. There was potential criminality in the transcript. Enough to investigate and convict. Dershowitz's explanation was an exaggeration. The President had no jurisdiction to investigate his political opponent's son and used his office of power to influence a Presidential election. If he suspected there was corruption, he could've gone through the proper channels to investigate this. Instead, he acted on his own behalf for his own behalf. Whatever standard would've been applied wouldn't have impeached Presidents past, and if anything the dangerous standard of allowing Presidents to use foreign governments to interfere in our election is more dangerous than any other standard posed by convicting Donald Trump. Other than that, none of your facts refute my claim that Republicans voted partisanly in this impeachment process.

I already told you my argument. Twice. If Donald Trump was not a Republican, the Republican Senate would've convicted him based on the evidence provided by the House of Representatives alone. I am accusing the Republicans of partisanship.
