As far as I know, there are still proponents fighting against gay marriage, and the military service of homosexuals. In fact, since the OP mentioned LGBTQ rights and not just homosexual rights, you cannot argue that transsexuals have recently been discriminated against by being deemed invalid to serve despite the fact they may be physically able to serve in the military.
As far as I know, no rights for heterosexuals are being specifically targeted in such a manner. I would love to be corrected if I am.
