I wonder why he voted “no” on obstruction of Congress though, to me that was even more of a slam dunk for impeachment than the abuse of power charges. And arguably sets an even worse precedent for any future attempts to hold future presidential administrations accountable
The wide-ranging obstruction is the main reason the case for abuse of power remained incomplete at the close of trial. Damning, but still incomplete.
All that evidence will come out eventually though
