What was “proven innocent,” exactly? Has Trump undergone a full and fair trial for anything? (Spoiler: This Senate “trial” and the virtually straight party-line acquittal that resulted was nothing of the sort)
Furthermore: Can you answer me where all judicial proceedings start?

With someone making an accusation!
I’ll concede that one accusation that hasn’t been proven in court doesn’t mean a lot on its own.
However, when there are two dozen or more accusations of misconduct involving a similar pattern or motive... well, that starts to look worse
How has Trump not been made to answer for any of these by this point? I’m not fully certain, actually, but a couple reasons why might be: the statute of limitations has run, and/or it is not possible to criminally indict a sitting president.
One thing I’ve learned as a lawyer is that there are a whole lot of ways that justice can fail prior to reaching the holy grail of a jury’s verdict after a full and fair trial
Life involves an uncomfortable amount of uncertainty.
