How is that a defense of the 1st partisan impeachment ever? That's worse than what Trump did and will have long lasting results. You guys won't get away with your fast and furiouses and IRSgates any longer.

It's rich how you guys think Trump's scared of Biden. Remember when Biden revealed who killed Osama? Big mouth, like bragging about withholding a billion to get the prosecutor fired. Trump will assrape Biden to death in the debates.

A few things: 1, it isn't the first partisan impeachment. That would be the Clinton one. 2, the reason it's partisan is because the Republicans have refused to do their job as Congress. 3. Biden ain't going no where. He came in 4th in Iowa (if the early reporting of the paper count is accurate).

1. Yes, when this one was voted on in the house, not a single Republican voted yes. Some Dems did with Clinton. 2. No, the dems rushed through a crappy case. Even some dems will reject it at the acquittal. 3. Not for lack of... uh, trying? I feel bad for the guy. I feel like he'll pop a brain vessel debating Trump. Oh well, that lust for power...

I can't imagine anything more deserving and worthy of impeachment than withholding Congressionally approved money to exhort another country to dig-up bogus dirt on a political opponent. That is simply indefensible. Every Senator who votes to acquit Trump should have to say if they think it's now okay to ask a foreign country to interfere in elections. Or is it only okay if a Republican does it?

Is Trump scared of Biden? I have no idea, and I don't care, that doesn't change the fact that what Trump did was corrupt. There is no guarantee that Biden will even ultimately be his opponent, which makes it extra stupid of Trump to have risked his presidency on that. Although it is also not relevant here, for the record I am not a Biden supporter.

Republican Congressmen and Senators also know that Biden getting a prosecutor fired in the Ukraine in-line with official government policy, and Congress being made aware of it, is not equivalent to Trump's secret maneuvering for personal benefit. It is disingenuous to pretend they are equivalent.

Yet you have no problem with the Steele dossier and THAT attempt to dig up bogus dirt.

Yes, as long as your dad is a presidential candidate, your corrupt company can't be investigated. But it wasn't. Meanwhile Biden, in charge of dealing with Ukraine, can threaten to withhold a billion to get a prosecutor fired, which happened. Isn't that an action to quell dirt that could have been used by a political opponent? Yet he bragged about it. Crickets from dems. And you can't even say he's out of the political world like Hildabeast.

Sure. Trump got no public statement. The money went to Ukraine. Did Congress know Hunter was on the board?
