UBI is my least favorite of his policies. I am really excited about his plan to prepare Americans for 21st century jobs with job training for displaced workers. As the country continues to automate, there will be fewer and fewer 'old' jobs. We should not and must not penalize blue collar workers. They didn't fail; their employers and the government (now one) left them behind. Companies used to have loyalty for their faithful, long-term employees. That has all but disappeared. Business has moved on to AI. Anyway, that's one of the reasons I strongly support him, despite having misgivings about the UBI.
