Graham is hedging that Trump didn't know he was doing anything wrong, if they do find that he extorted Ukraine. Because that was how Jr skipped out of taking responsibility for collusion. As we've seen many times, the GOP loves to try to excuse Trump's behavior by saying he's inexperienced, or didn't know what he was doing, or was joking around. Seriously, you're warning us not to underestimate his intelligence when all Trump's supporters do is try to excuse his failings with claims of him having inferior intelligence. Make up your minds.
