the military is pretty evenly split on the political spectrum,and while many may support trump,not every supporter is a trumpite.

2.let's lay the blame at the feet of those responsible for this division in the first place:
corporate media.

conflict,drama and perceived injustice is their bred and butter.it makes them immense amounts of money,and trump is the gift that keeps on giving.either for or against trump..it produces mountians of cash for them.

so the narrative becomes far more important than actually informing,or offering substantive context to give people a clearer picture,in order to formulate a cohesive opinion.not the emotionally charged rhetoric I see on the daily.

3.the militarization of our police,on a national scale.
I do not see much mentioned about this,but it is something that has me concerned,very concerned.
why does a small town in west virginia with a population of 1500 have a f**king TANK? in what world is that a necessary piece of equipment?
so,in my opinion,if the government was ever going to execute a crack down on the American people,that is where it will be coming from...not the military.

I'd just like to point out if a civil war erupts, it could easily spill over into Canada. Even if Canada fights back, all whatever side Canada faces off against would have to do is take Thunder Bay and leave Canada virtually divided. Believe me, a US civil war would be as bad for you as it would for us.

Being conservative doesn't automatically translate to pro-Trump. Many conservatives can't stand him. And the military, which has few, if any, Trumptard loyalists in its upper ranks, will put country over party.

The country right now is run by President Trump and will most likely run it until 2025. Any civil war that happens before then will be the Democrats doing, not the Republicans. Even if the Democrats manage to pull off a win, the Republicans still aren't going to be the instigators, they'll just be reacting to whatever the Democrats throw at them.

Since reading is not your strong point, I will explain the meme. It has nothing to do with conservatives starting anything and it has everything to do with all the hype about a coming conflict. Since the right never joined the war on 1st responders and the military and being a vet myself, I already know which side they would fight for and against. I also know the danger a hundred million armed citizens can do, despite our best efforts less than a few hundred thousand Afghans beat everything we had, armed American would be a much bigger problem. The right has historically been pro military, law abiding patriots and non violent, they will never start a war but would easily win one. My best advice for you is to have a plan to flee the US and never return, you couldn't handle any conflict.
