Ok, that was a little harsh from me, my bad.

I've seen rare cases where a memer might got a warning for persistent specific bad behavior but having otherwise normal activity. But usually deletions are done without even that, and certainly no one is going to be told they will get deleted within the hour.

Besides, it doesn't matter, harrassment is harrasssment. And the aim of that and the rest I posted was his call to others to harrass various memers, which is a TOS violation.
