I’ve never used Gab, so I’m not familiar with how they run things over there. I can say for sure though that Imgflip will never be a breeding ground for violent extremism as the Imgflip community does a very good job reporting issues like that to the mods and we generally take stuff like that down very quickly.

Hate speech is free speech. I like using Gab because it is one of the few places on the internet that allows free speech.

That's an oxymoron. Reddit is anti-free speech. Voat, Ruqqus and Saidit are pro-free speech Reddit alternatives.

I like reddit it is a pretty fun place though

There are some pretty horrible things on Voat, but the website is pro-free speech. It is thanks to Reddit censorship that Voat is a Nazi echo chamber. And I was not really recommending Voat. I was just listing examples of pro-free speech Reddit alternatives.
