The meme is about (in part) hypocritical messages about violence.
I know what you are referring to, however. Saying movies or video games cause violence is as silly as saying that guns do. I believe that the unrestricted access to violent content is one factor (of many) that contributes to gun violence. That does not mean that we have to ban movies, video games or guns. It suggests that we need be more responsible with regard to all of these things if we want to reduce gun violence. The idea that there is one cause of gun violence is just stupid.
The meme, as I read it, is about the hypocrisy of the messages sent by the sources listed.
