Dubya's ability to use diplomacy to form a "coalition of the willing," the semblance of an open, due process-like deliberation of the possibility of WMD's in Iraq, and of course obtaining a specific congressional authorization prior to launching attacks on Iraq make him look like a freaking saint compared to this guy.
