Saw them in the news today, even better, the Dutch news even showed Trump uttering those accusations towards Obama, and the reporters just said that Trump is doing the same now he accused Obama of earlier. And no, can't fool me... Unlike much other countries the Netherlands does NOT redub foreign languages (provides Dutch translations in subtitles in stead, which I never read), so I could hear "Mr. President" say those words himself....

How and why did he know 4 days ago?

There's certainly a pattern... The Dutch news even spoke of an attack Clinton performed during his impeachment, openly wondering if Trump and Clinton were trying to distract the attention from the impeachment.

I am not gonna say I'll backup this accusation, without a proper way to prove it, but if it's all true it seems a bit TOO coincidental to me.... 🤔
