President Lincoln is on the penny, the $5 bill, and Mt. Rushmore and is widely regarded as one of America's most important presidents along with the Founding Fathers. Grant, while not as well known also became President and is currently on the $50 bill. I would consider being on the currency as celebrated.

Clarification: Thanks to ImgFlip memes I myself have created about Lincoln and now Grant over the past couple days, I now have $55 of USD in my pocket.

If I had a Confederate penny for every Confederate flag I've seen on ImgFlip portrayed in a positive light and a $5 for every Lincoln and $50 dollar bill for every Grant I'd still have more curious worthless coinage than actual U.S. currency
