Yes, exactly.
A problem the anti-gun crowd has is that they cannot provide a single instance where a new gun law would have prevented a single one of the gun crimes they're so against.
They just won't admit that *more* gun control won't solve the problem, so they take the easy way out and say they will take guns from law abiding citizens.
So the very same government that can't protect you, wants to take away your main way of protecting yourself.
That's liberal logic.
