Only a fool denies climate change itself (the evidence of it happening is all over the place, and by the way the climate has always changed as long as the Earth exists, so the term "climate change" is a bit vague)... The cause of the current climate change known as "global warming" or "greenhouse effect", whether it be a natural phenomenon that would happen or it really be the result of carbondioxid emissions (or too much methane and other gasses), that is something on which not everybody is not yet on one line, that it is happening... The the weather the past few years shows that.
Whether it be a natural phenomenon or the result of emissions of what some people call "greenhouse gasses", actions are needed either way... You can deny that, or accept that. Building skyscrapers on which it is clear they wall fall into the sea due to climate change is just very stupid (yet it is happening) whatever the cause may be. Accepting that diseases uncommon before may come your way, and thus making sure all medical teams are well-prepared is a good action either way.....
Putting "climate change" in the same line as Santa and the Easter Bunny, is not a smart move. The climate always changes. It has gone hotter and colder all the time and we can speak of "climate" when this is happening structurally over the course of a several years to even decades, and yeah, that has been happening for as long as the Earth exists. You can't deny that one... Even without CO2 emissions the climate would have changed now... Whether that be hotter or colder or more or less hurricanes etc. etc. etc... Or the same effect as we have now and that not CO2/methane would be to blame but something else.... That I do not know for certain, and I can only speculate... but that the climate would have changed anyway, that much I am certain off....
