Sounds like Nancy won’t deliver it to the Senate until the Dems get control. The Dems just wanted the Impeachment label hung on Trump, not due process.

I’m sure they would if they could. I don’t think they really care if he gets removed from office at this point. They pleased their Trump-hating constituents and hope it will hurt his bid for re-election but I think it will have the opposite effect. Those who hate Trump will still hate him, while those who recognize the Dem’s mockery of the impeachment process will be enamored to try to keep as many of them out of office as possible.

I seen there were some articles yesterday (not sure if they are true) that the constitution states impeachment is not official until it goes thru the complete process, i.e. must go thru the Senate process as well. So the house vote doesn't really mean squat.
