Biden is creepy, but at least he didn’t rape anyone. Bill was pretty much besties with Jeffrey Epstein and has been accused by quite a few women

His creepiness makes me wonder. Bill did rape Monica. She was a Subordinate to him and not in position to decline his advances du to her age, his position over her.

Strictly speaking, it does appear to be 'Rape by Position of Authority'... But unless or until SHE says otherwise, it's little more than a thought exercise on the order of defining "IS"
