As a Democrat, I agree with you that Russian propaganda has very little or nothing to do with anything. This is for the most part a Democratic conspiracy theory and I have no qualms about calling it out.
However -- the real problem is the homegrown lies being made by Americans, for Americans, fed on a daily basis over FOX News, Breitbart, the Gateway Pundit, whatever Alex Jones is doing these days, and even this very meme creation site.
